We received this e-mail today from Councillor Barrick. We felt it was important to pass on the contents to the community straight away.

I thought you may like to include the following in the next issue of Eye on Immingham.
"It is likely that a Public Inquiry into the Supermarket may take place on Tuesday 4th February 2003 at a venue to be arranged.
Should members of the public wish to make written comments they may do so and it is suggested that any representations should be made so as to arrive at the Planning Inspectorate before the December 4th 2002.

The Local Planning Authority Referance number is DC/76/01/IMM
The Planning Inspectorate Reference number is APP/B2002/V/02/1096552.
